Enabling True Multi-omics: Single Cell Genotypes and Phenotypes with the Tapestri Platform

October 6, 2020 - 11:00am to 12:00pm
Shawn Clouthier, Ph.D.

The Sequencing and Genomic Technologies Core Facility will co-host a webinar with Mission Bio that will tackle some of the most difficult challenges in genomic research by using information from genome sequences to advance the understanding of biology and improve health.

As a pioneer in high-throughput single-cell DNA multi-omic analysis, Mission Bio has developed a platform to genotype and phenotype from the same cell. The Tapestri Platform enables precise detection of heterogeneity in disease progression and treatment response for application areas which include blood cancers, solid tumors, and genome editing validation.

During the webinar they will share:
-Mission Bio technology overview
-Applications for multi-omics SNV, CNV and protein sequencing
-Oncology - hematology and solid tumor - clonal analysis in translational oncology research
-CRISPR validation

The webinar will conclude with a live question and answer session.
